You can install the Oneko userscript to make your pet follow your mouse across the websites you visit.

Install a userscript manager

You need a browser extension that can run userscripts, such as Tampermonkey.

Turn on Developer Mode

Open your browser's Extensions page and turn on Developer mode.

Allow userscripts in Tampermonkey

Open your browser's Extensions page, find Tampermonkey, and open its Details page. Make sure Allow User Scripts is turned on.

Install the Oneko userscript

Click the Install Oneko Userscript button above. Tampermonkey should open and show the script installation page. Confirm the installation.

Once installed, Oneko can follow your mouse on websites that allow the userscript to run.
